Project Management Philosophy
I’m a certified Professional Scrum Master but don’t let that fool you. I don’t get hung up on agile vs. waterfall—there are a ton of strategies to choose from and figuring out the right one for the job is why I love what I do. And, while I’ve used just about every PM tool out there, my must-haves will always be a dotted notebook, a stack of sticky notes, and a spreadsheet.

Testimonials
“She's quick to point out when plans are overly optimistic and will disastrously conflict with reality. She's the first one to say we need to readjust a client expectation, a deadline, etc. Issues feel more manageable after talking them out with Stephanie.”
“She has high expectations and will hold her team accountable, is clear and direct, and is effective at finding clarity in murky situations.”
“I know I catastrophize a lot, and she's patient about talking out approaches and solutions I'm not thinking of and talking me down.”
Stephanie clearly works hard to bring all elements of a project together. She runs efficient and effective meetings, ask good questions, allows team members' voices to be heard... and knows when and how to refocus team members when they get rambl-y.
